Say it isn't true!!!! Birthday time for Ashlee and Haylee and Dad suprised us all with tickets to the Taylor Swift concert. So fun and exciting. We took Jane with us and had a total blast. Thank You DAD you are the best.
Are you kidding me?? Grandma Rudy felt the desire to outfit my girls with football jerseys as if that wasn't enough they are Mtn. View Buffs as well. I think I better start loving the color purple huh. Of course they had to pose.
I hope they never grow out of wanting to share a birthday day together. We love them both so much and they are growing into beautiful young women. Happy birthday girls!!!!
First day of school 2011-2012. Ashlee is in 5th grade, Haylee is in 3rd grade (yes they are almost the same height and Ashlee hears about it all the time) and Natalee is in 1st grade. I can't believe how fast time flies. They are such good girls and soooo much fun. We are going to be crazy trying to keep up with all the events this year but going to try to stay on top of posting everything.
Ok. So one of our favorite pass times this summer was camping and fishing. The girls got so good at it that they could cast, reel and get them in all by themselves. They just were not about to put that worm on the hook.
We finally even talked Ashlee into being patient enough to sit and try for a min.
Of course the min turned into hours and look at the mess of fish they caught. They brought them home for Grandpa Rudy to smoke in the smoker. Not huge fish eaters around here.
While we were in St. George there was no way we were going to miss Little Mermaid and Grease and Tuachan. The performances were fabulous and the weather was HOT HOT HOT of course.
This was a temple trip summer. We went to the Nauvoo, St. George, Manti and Las Vegas temple grounds. Each temple the girls admired and loved.
Ashlee couldn't help peeking in the baptismal font doors at St. George. Only one more year Ash it will be here before you know it.
We took an awesome trip to Chicago this summer and went to Nauvoo also. It was so much fun and all of our testimonies grew so much just from being there. The girls loved to experience the pioneer fun. This will be something we never forget.
Haylee was determined to get these stilts. The rest of us loved watching her.
This place was so much fun and the girls wanted to try everything. We stayed in cabins that were taken to Nauvoo from Wyoming that the girls great grandparents lived in. The whole trip was just unforgettable.

ALOHA!!!!!
Enjoy some of our pictures from Hawaii 2011. We had the best time and are already making plans for a return trip. It was loads of fun and relaxing and we would do it all again tomorrow.
We all loved the sand and beach. As you can see I really browned up and we just soaked in the gorgeous weather.
Ashlee and Marilyn enjoyed watching everyone else from the back of the boat. They both did eventually try it at least.
Natalee and Haylee were the first ones to venture into the ocean snorkeling. Haylee didn't really like the big waves and Natalee was a little fish.
Our day at the sea included dolphins swimming right by the boat and whales. The girls loved this.
Family photo with our Lias and this was like pulling teeth but the best we got.
Our Hawaiian friends at the PCC.
The girls learning the Hula. They loved it and of course got way into it.
PCC was so fun. The coconut guy wasn't to bad either. Pretty cool way of life.
Ocean picture. While I was taking this I was standing a little close to the road and a car honked the girls were a bit distracted. whoops
We drove all over to find the famous shaved ice and boy was it worth it.
We learned pineapples don't grow on trees or underground but on plants.
We took the educational tour of Pearl Harbor and everyone learned lots. Awesome experience.
They loved running from the waves and getting wet.
They were dying to see the Temple. Absolutely beautiful!!!
Haylee and Natalee wanting to know what is inside a coconut.
Grandpa and Ashlee discovering the tide pools on the North Shore.
The view from our motel balcony.
We had such a blast and made memories to last a life time.

Updating since September!!!
Ashlee turns 10!!!!! That is 10 going on 20 of course. Here she is sporting everything she got for her birthday. We sure love her. She had a few friends over for pizza and a movie. Talk about crazy girls but loads of fun.
Haylee turned 8 !!!! She decided to have friends play at the park. They also had grandparents over for cake and ice cream. So much fun.
Our wonderful home teachers invited our family to come horseback riding and fishing in their pond. We loved it. They are the best home teachers. They come every month with great lesson. Thanks for helping us raise our family.
Haylee's baptism was so special. She got to share it with friends and family. Haylee was so excited for this day she has been preparing all year. We are so proud of her and the choices she makes.
We loved our Halloween this year. Each girl picked what she wanted to be so we had a Halloween queen, diva and of course cowgirl.
Haylee and Natalee had their x-mas programs this week. They both did such a good job and looked beautiful of course.
